How do I create a league?
Tap your avatar, open “My leagues”, then choose “Create a new league”. Add a name, choose the league type and invite your players.
How do I join a league?
Tap your avatar, open “My leagues”, then choose “Join a league”. Enter the invite code, send the request and wait for approval.
Can I join more than one league?
Yes, you can be part of multiple leagues at the same time. Use an invite code or create a new league.
How do I create a tournament?
Open the Tournaments section, tap “+” and fill in the details. You can create a tournament only if you are the creator or a co-owner of the league.
How do I join a tournament?
Open the tournament and tap “Join”. For doubles or padel tournaments, create a team with another registered player before the tournament starts.
What do the colored tournament labels mean?
🟢 Registrations Open – you can join.
🔴 Registrations Closed – entries are closed.
🔵 Draw Generated – matches are ready.
🏆 Winner – tournament completed.
What does “Random Order” mean?
Players are placed in the draw randomly, without using the league ranking.
What does “Draw based on ranking” mean?
Players are positioned according to league ranking, helping separate the highest-ranked players in the first rounds.
Can I manually edit the draw?
Yes. If you are an owner and no match has started yet, you can use “Edit draw” after generation.
How do I enter a 1vs1 result?
Go to “Your matches” and tap “+”. Add date, location, scores and winner.
What happens if I promote a member to co-owner?
They can create tournaments, manage members and enter results, but cannot remove or demote the creator.
How does the leaderboard work?
Each win gives 3 points and each loss gives 0 points. The leaderboard updates automatically.
Can I change my team partner?
Not after team creation. You can delete the team and create a new one if the tournament has not started yet.
How do I approve or reject members?
If you are an owner, go to Players and approve or reject pending requests.
Is my data safe?
Data is managed through Firebase services with secure authentication and app integrity protections.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → “Delete account”. Your profile references will be removed or anonymized where required.
User-generated content
Let’s MatchUp hosts content created by users, including league names, tournaments, matches and chat messages. You can report abuse or violations by contacting support@wearematchup.com with screenshots and a clear reason.
Technical information
- Login: Sign in with Apple / Google.
- Push notifications: tournament, match, chat and invite updates.
- Protection: Firebase services and App Check are used to protect app integrity.
